Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our services! To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our booking policy: Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your appointment free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 12 hour of the scheduled time, you will be charged 100% of the session fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
